As it may seem obvious by now, there is more to writing SEO-friendly content than ensuring you get a healthy ratio of keywords in. You should track the traffic, engagement, conversion rates and page visits for your mobile strategy separately than those of your desktop strategy. Target links from websites with high DAs, since the higher the DA, the more relevant and reliable a source is. Links from high-DA sites communicate to Google that your site is also a highly relevant and authoritative source on a topic. If the wrong people are hitting your website, it's all for nothing Less than 10% of the users in the most active internet countries have broadband. The faster your website loads, the better rank your site will have on Google and other major search engines. Local hosting will also typically help reduce page load speeds, so this is another benefit of setting up local servers.
Consider a VPS for SEO
As opposed to general web directories, niche specific directories only accept sites that meet a certain topic criteria. For example, one directory might only accept sites about arts & crafts. Some of these directories are free, while others are paid. The source of a link matters a great deal to how much weight it carries in Google’s algorithm. As we know that Googleoptimizes its results for user intent, hence, this is a way to know what content the searchers are looking for when they make a search for a keyword. Make a note of the things that you can implement in your content. SEO is all about ranking high on search indexes, which can’t happen without you creating new, quality content. As you create new pages, you create opportunities for new rankings and more reach. This, in turn, leads to more keywords you can rank for. Remember, though, that quantity should never trump quality. Better content gets you better rankings. Keyword research must be updated periodically: Search terms fall out of disfavor as language changes, a company introduces new products and services, and so on.
All parts of your website are pieces of the same puzzle
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that keywords can really keep web pages focused, which is important in SEO. We look at buyer persona behavior, industry trends, competitors and more to build a list of targeted terms, and then we focus on one term per page. In doing so, we can more easily provide value to our viewers. As our internet ecosystem has evolved, we have shared increasing amounts of personal data with services we use every day, from social networks to search engines. They then use this data to tailor the content they provide us with to what they think will be most appealing, engaging or relevant. 9 out of 10 people users make use of Search Engines to find an answer to their query. When these users type in their keywords/query, the Search Engine’s bots and spiders run their complex algorithms, scan through the giant database that has been crawled and indexed by them. They, then come up with results (websites) whose keywords matches with that of the query. Are you looking for SEO Advice? Spam links often go both ways. A website that links to spam is likely spam itself, and in turn often has many spam sites linking back to it. Make it easy for users to distinguish between regular text and the anchor text of your links. Your content becomes less useful if users miss the links or accidentally click them.
Incoming links from other website increase your total ranking potential
Gaz Hall, a Freelance SEO Consultant from SEO Hull, commented: "It’s important to monitor the backlinks your site is accumulating" Do your maths - its one of the primary resourcesfor this sort of thing. Its as simple as KS2 Maths. Really! The search engines analyze the reading level of the web page. One popular formula for doing this is the Flesch-Kincaid Grade Level Readability Formula, which considers things like the average word length and the number of words in a sentence to determine the level of education needed to be able to understand the sentence. Doorway pages are typically large sets of poor-quality pages where each page is optimized for a specific keyword or phrase. In many cases, doorway pages are written to rank for a particular phrase and then funnel users to a single destination. If you website is new, however, or you have a low domain authority, just posting a blog to your site is going to have hardly any benefit from an SEO perspective. Similar to writing an outline for a large paper, put some thought into what the main points and subpoints of the content on the page will be and decide where to use heading tags appropriately
Blow out LSI keywords to build rich content pages
We know that Google will never — and we mean never ever — give any sort of detailed secrets about its search ranking algorithm. They’ve also gone back and forth on the subject since about 2010. The latest from the search engine is that social is not a factor in the ranking algorithm. So, the answer changes slightly. The number of referring individual domains linking to your website or webpage is a very important factor in Google’s algorithm. Outliers are the actual reason why we study average and median numbers separately. Quite a few pages rank for an enormous amount of keywords, which drives the “average” numbers up. Many blogging software packages automatically nofollow user comments, but those that don't can most likely be manually edited to do this. ocial Bookmarking is another great way of promoting your website. Submit your latest blog posts and pages to the most popular bookmarking sites, like StumbleUpon, Digg, Delicious, Reddit, etc. Search engines really like these types of sites because the content on these sites is updated very frequently.
Use Google Keyword Planner To Find Untapped Keywords
A small dip in search traffic is no immediate cause for concern (it may just be a temporary drop in consumer interest); but if that dip lasts for more than a few weeks or turns into a more significant drop, you’ll need to troubleshoot the problem to see what’s going on. As you may well know, Google has altered and changed its algorithm majorly in the last few years, introducing update after update to help the cream rise to the top. In turn, this means that SEOs and marketers have had to greatly alter their approach to SEO. Google collects user data on your site and makes further ranking decisions to determine where your content pages should be ranked in the organic results of search engines. When selecting keywords, you should also keep the purpose of your website in mind. Opt for transactional keywords if the main intention is sales, or informational keywords if your website aims to provide readers with important information. Google automatically detects which pages answer the users’ query automatically and then display the top result as a featured snippet at the top of the page. This is Google’s way of trying to help users to quickly find what they want by providing them with a snippet of information directly in the search results.
Professional search marketers don’t submit the URL to the major search engines, but it’s possible to do so. Even the intent of someone searching the web on a mobile device is different from someone using a computer. The content must not only be shorter and more concise but it also must have a different message to cater to the different consumer intent. Good formatting can instantly improve your page’s readability. This, in turn, can improve your engagement rate. SEO is marketing. It’s important that it be presented and treated as such, no matter how important a technical foundation is to the discipline. As search engines improve, queries with detailed queries increasingly provide surprisingly helpful results. If that fails make your terms increasingly general till you get a good result.
Segmenting Your Site’s Audience
The number, accuracy and quality of your business' local citations improve its chances of featuring highly in search results. Adding endless pages of irrelevant content to your website won’t increase traffic. In fact, you’re actually erecting a STOP sign. The content that you publish needs to be relevant. Help people by providing valuable information. After all, isn’t your business trying to solve people’s problems, not create them? Quality content wins. Bad content, and a lot of it, will not help you. One of the reasons your ranking is surging might be you are getting a lot of visits from specific devices or even region on specific days. If you are linking your site with any spammy or bad site due to any reason, make it a no follow link, otherwise Google will not spare you. It’s easier to tweak stuff in Google Plus in order for them to get better social signals to integrate into their ranking factors.
Leverage the work your competitors have already done in optimisation
In the eyes of Google, you’ll earn a higher authority by having a better-functioning site, such as one that’s optimized for mobile devices, loads quickly, and has an optimized internal navigation structure. Backlinks, also referred as inbound links are link backs, an incoming hyperlink to your website and that’s why they are called backlinks! We use keyword research to identify potentially useful queries for which a site is not receiving traffic. Keyword research is often abused by aggressive Web marketers who pursue an endless keyword strategy. Endless Keyword marketing continually adds keyword targets to a Website’s list of desired queries. This leads to an overabundance of content production and production standards suffer. SEO in Hornsea is here. Getting rankings is an output SEO firms can easily sell because they’re emotionally satisfying, but they’re worthless unless they generate leads or sales--the outcome you want. It’s super easy to get lost in the nitty-gritty details of content marketing. New social networks emerge, new tactics pop-up and Facebook and Google algorithms change all the time.
How Does Social Media Play a Role in Search Engine Rankings?
Gaz Hall, a Freelance SEO Consultant from SEO Hull, commented: "Ensure your website is crawlable with the site:yourdomain.com search. Note the number of results." Do your maths - its one of the primary resources for this sort of thing. Its as simple as KS2 Maths. Really! NAP stands for Name, Address and Phone Number. NAP is critical for businesses wanting to rank highly in local search results. Google cross-references your contact information across your own website, and local online directories in order to validate your company. Inconsistent information can be the reason your SEO is failing. Let’s face it, a website that can’t get its contact details right is more than likely not worth a visit. Hence, Google ranks these websites lower. You have to get your digital footprint right before you do anything else. SEOs have a weird way to describe this voting process; they call it “link juice.” If an authoritative site, we’ll say Wikipedia for example, links to you, they’re passing you “link juice.” Even though links from Wikipedia are nofollow, there is speculation that Google’s algorithm still does take these links into account, at least to some extent. Use a directory structure that organizes your content well and makes it easy for visitors to know where they're at on your site. Try using your directory structure to indicate the type of content found at that URL.
Learn where your target market is hanging out online
Less than 10% of the users in the most active internet countries have broadband. The faster your website loads, the better rank your site will have on Google and other major search engines. Local hosting will also typically help reduce page load speeds, so this is another benefit of setting up local servers. RankBrain analyzes keywords against searches to let Google know what type of end results a web user is looking for. Google can then use that data to rank the relevancy of webpages concerning those keywords. Do not spam people to build backlinks for yourself. Search engines will also punish you if your name is attached to spamming complaints or if you operate your website anonymously. Google reshaped its search algorithm to deal with the billion of pages and searches made every day, with backlinks in mind. t will take anywhere from 1 month to 3 months to start seeing some shift, and likely 6-8 months to start seeing significant ROI from Search Engine Optimization work. That being said, if you don’t start seeing some shift in traffic (either month over month or year over year for seasonal businesses) then in most cases you should be very forward with your SEO provider and seek a clear explanation.
Cost should not be your only consideration
The proliferation of smartphones and tablets mean more and more consumers will be viewing your website on the much smaller screen of a mobile device. For a good user experience, make sure your website is mobile responsive, rendering correctly on a desktop, laptop, tablet and smartphone. Only write for highly reputable websites in your niche. Don’t waste time writing for websites with a Domain Authority level lower than that of your site. Your link will have very little value, and you might end up having your link removed without further notice. A fully mobile-optimized website will be easy to read and play smoothly on even the smallest mobile device screens. Images should be able to be easily enlarged and the navigation should be smooth and easy to follow. Look at how your landing pages have performed since the launch of RankBrain to see if there are any correlations between user engagement metrics (such as time on page, bounce rate, and so on) and your SEO rankings. Choosing a perfect focus keyword is not an exact science. You should aim for a combination of words that are used by a search audience. Aim for a focus keyword that is relatively high on volume and aim for one that will fit your audience.
How do you write a clickable title that will draw people to your site and keep them on there without sounding salesy or cheesy? When deployed properly and timely, 301 redirects can get the job done in transferring your SEO authority from the original source to the new location fairly quickly. The navigation of a website is important in helping visitors quickly find the content they want. It can also help search engines understand what content the webmaster thinks is important. You should refrain from writing articles that are too sensitive or controversial such as adult oriented articles and vulgarity. Keep it simple, keep it direct and informative. That is the best type of article to deliver. Being aware of how SERPs work, having an understanding of user intent, utilizing Google’s AMP, designing a responsive site as well as tracking the analytics of your desktop and mobile sites separately are great ways to begin or better your mobile strategy.
Have you thought about optimizing your TF-IDF scores?
Use long tail keywords that are very specific to your business to target a particular audience. These phrases epitomize the true essence of your business without coinciding with other related companies. They also provide you with a chance to score high on a search query most pertinent to your products or services. Evergreen content. Content you write once, and have it ranking for years and years. Content that constantly brings in traffic and compounds in value. In your SEO audit, a quick check for Panda would be to step back from your computer screen and look at your website. Is there a surplus of banners? Is your sale filling up all the space all the time, before any interesting content? If the content isn’t right, it’ll be hard to promote it effectively. It’s like creating a product that no one wants to buy. How do you promote something useless? Sitelinks are additional links which appear beneath the main URL for a brand or publisher when you search for it on Google. They deep link to other pages within your site, and are designed by Google to “help users navigate your site”.
Don't use exclamation marks, except in rare really exciting moments
SEO isn’t just for large companies. As a small business or local business, there is actually a lot you can do to achieve local goals yourself. Many of these things relate to focus. If yourtarget is international try to get links from sites hosted in as many different countries as possible. The same is true if you target local audiences, get as many links from sites hosted in the country you target. Scraping feeds to create automated content for your website is plain stupid. Either for affiliate gain or just to add content to your website, this type of content, to lure Google to your site, doesn’t add any value to the internet, Google or any human. It just slows down Google, as it has to decide on whether this content is of any value to its visitors. It’s not most of the times. SEO in Hedon is here. Keyword research is a critical component for search engine optimization because when used correctly it provides a road map for both the design and execution of building websites and developing content. Many websites contain elements that inadvertently block search engines. If your website contains such an element, search engines won't be able to index your pages correctly.
Who Would Link to You?
Gaz Hall, a Freelance SEO Consultant from SEO Hull, commented: "There’s no denying that a website’s popularity correlates with how high it ranks in search engine results, and in a way, backlinks are like popularity votes. The more links you have leading to your website from outside websites, the more traction you’ll gain from search engines." Do your maths - its one of the primary resources for this sort of thing. Its as simple as KS2 Maths. Really! Every website page, including your blog, should have at least one call-to-action above the page’s fold -- in other words, don’t make your website visitor scroll down to see the call to action. Calls to action can help SEO by creating an internal link on your website to a specific landing page. Most calls to action are images; therefore you can optimise the image filename and alt text for the primary keyword you’re targeting on the page. There is an old adage used by webmasters which sum up most successful websites, “content is king”. It’s important to keep this in the forefront of your mind before adding or removing the copy from your site. Web users surf the net in search of answers, information, products, and entertainment. They will leave a site very quickly if it doesn’t give them what they want. The new key to off-pageSEO? You need to create content that other people find valuable and want to share with their visitors. Your online presence goes way beyond your site. The problem is that we tend to forget how our online footprint may extend to all the different platforms we may try out at some point and then abandon.
Structure your content to meet your SEO needs
Many e-commerce webmasters hold the view that when they list a lot of items, everything will translate to higher traffic, better SEO ranking, and sales. However, this is never the case. There are a lot of options to choose from to answer this question; but the most obvious and impactful, which ironically are the most overlooked, are competitor backlinks. Google nowindexes content from Facebook, Twitter and presumably more social media platforms to come. If your timing and relevance is right, your post could directly show up in search results. A 301 redirect, or also known as a permanent redirect, should be put in place to permanently redirect a page. The word ‘permanent’ is there to imply that ALL qualities of the redirected page will be passed on to the detour page. It’s entirely possible that Google actually uses some sort of hidden sliding scale to determine its quality score.
Blog Commenting in SEO and it’s need
For me internal linking is one of the most undervalued aspects of SEO, with many sites having inefficient menus and/or poor site structures. Your pre-production space is almost exactly the same as your live site. That’s a huge amount of doubled-up content. Links from and to an article help boost its ranking. When you submit, check the ways you can enrich your article; linking to different websites and databases is always a good idea. Unique content signifies quality. Search engine spiders typically attempt to access your site a number of times each day. If they try to do so during a period when your hosting server is down, the attempt will of course fail. If this happens too often, your site will be flagged by the search engine as unreliable, which of course affects your ranking.
SEO isn’t an option for small businesses today. When a potential customer searches for your product or service and you’re competitors show up higher than your site then you might as well be invisible. The higher the organic search traffic the better, as more traffic means more people reading your blog post. A guest post on a website with traffic is similar to being featured in a newspaper, the larger the newspaper the more people will hear about what you have to say. Be wary of promises to get you links from dozens or hundreds of websites. Many such links are considered “bad neighborhood” links by the search engines and you can get penalized for associating with them. Although it’s pretty slow-going, it’s best to hand-select relevant and quality websites and approach them one-by-one. The world is always changing, and you have to keep up. If you do, the rewards can be great. If you’re trying to build backlinks by pushing sponsored content, it has to explicitly say “Sponsored” on it.
Build an on-site blog
To prepare for voice search, you need to take a good look at your current content. Ask yourself, does it answer any question a user might have? If not, change it. Properly optimizingyour images can help you take advantage of using photos to generate empathy, increase trust, and improve a visitor’s experience without hampering load time which could affect your SEO ranking. The overall objective of SEO is to optimise a website for search engines like Google, Bing and Yahoo. Invest time and efforts into guest blogging as well while maintaining an active blog on your site. Choose relevant, popular websites for your guest posts and embed intelligent links in your article. Initially, add one backlink per post that adds value to the content and is pertinent to the underlying theme. However, once you have developed a rapport with the host website, they might be willing to include more than one link per post. We’ve known for a while that Google isn’t the way people find content anymore. Audiences live on social, and it’s the primary source of new information. Still, the new era of search has taken a prominent role as a place where people are looking for solutions. You find solutions on Google every day, but it may have become such a part of your daily routine that you haven’t realize how easy it is.
Create deep internal links through pages and blog posts
Link Building is an indisputable part of the Search Engine Optimization process. Connecting a website to the rest of the Internet without links isn’t impossible, considering the fact there are many different content creation companies willing to do the work for you. However, the costs for this kind of work can ramp up quickly, making Link Building through a third party too costly for most new websites. If everybody is linking people from their sites to yours, your site must thus offer top quality information worthy of a link. Therefore, Google and search engines alike bump these backlink-wealthy sites nearer the top of their pages in order to ensure people are finding the best sites for the information they require. Variables make it possible to automate certain processes on your site. They also make it easy to change large batches of meta descriptions for instance, since you only have to change the structure of the variable – the site fills in the data automatically. SEO in Snaith is here. Technical search engine optimization consists of making various internal changes to a website to make it more visible in search engines. More visibility means more credibility and better positioning in search engine results pages. Done properly, SEO brings more targeted traffic to your website. Having a company blog can really help with your SEO efforts. It’s something you can update regularly with relevant content, which Google will pick up on each time it crawls your site. But when you’re writing your posts, it’s important to make them as SEO-friendly as possible in order to see the best results with your search engine rankings.
“Niche down” approach
Gaz Hall, a Freelance SEO Consultant from SEO Hull, commented: "This fact isn’t new: if your website loads slowly, a large portion of visitors will quickly leave." Do your maths - its one of the primary resources for this sort of thing. Its as simple as KS2 Maths. Really! Brands that rank high on search engines have great content, address their target audience’s search intent, and take the time to optimize their sites from a technology standpoint. Responsive design — or, in other words, a Web layout that provides a quality experience no matter the screen size — is among the factors Google uses to determine search results. You may even find your site penalized if you haven’t yet embraced responsive design. Google Analytics is an intuitive and free measurement platform that gives you insight into all of your webpages. It all starts with a line of code that you put in the header of your website that will let you install a container of Google tags, that will give you visibility in your analytics Dashboard. Cloaking is when you present different content or URLs to your visitors than you do to the search engines. Along those lines, a “sneaky” redirect is when site owners “embed a link in JavaScript that redirects the user to a different page with the intent to show the user a different page than the search engine sees…
Create an SEO Strategy That Maps to an Audience
Based on the types of backlinks you get, the ranks and traffic would vary. You can know the type of backlinks from webmaster tools. The internet today is overwhelmed with tons of DIY SEO tips and tricks. What might be even worse, there are countless case studies that show how great some particular tactic worked for a single website. If the content you’re producingisn’t of a high quality and isn’t useful/unique then, no matter how optimised your site is for search engines, people will simply just click away and find a more useful site Making yourcontent easy to read and understand helps make it useful to your readers. Look for Broken Link Opportunities
If your online business isn’t taking advantage of all that SEO solutions offer, you’re bound to fall short of the competition. Create a list of the top 10 keywords for which you want to achieve rankings. Do a search once a month on Google and see where you stand in the rankings. Keep a record of the ranking and you will be able to see the progress of your SEO efforts. Note jumps by more than five places in the ranking, because these changes are not usually due just to normal changes and search engine updates. Over the years, I’ve gottenvery far with my on-page SEO strategy. You’d be surprised: Smart on-page SEO and especially internal link structure can get you amazing results in search engines. When a search engine crawls your site, it moves slowly from one page to another by following the links on the page. As it does, it collects data about the content of your page. The world has gone mobile. People are gradually shifting from desktop computers to mobile smartphones and tablets. Thus, to ensure great user experience Google started ranking responsive or mobile-friendly websites higher in the search results.
Gut, brain, intuition, emotional intelligence, whatever you want to call it, humans can’t be beat for determining relevance. Search engines no longer value pages filled with targeted keywords. Understanding and recognizing how PageRank flows can make a difference in your SEO campaigns. The difference in many cases will be small, but in a competitive environment, every advantage counts. Domain authority is used to refer to the power of a domain, it greatly affects ranking in search engines. A domain’s authority shows how credible or trustworthy a domain name is in the eyes of Google. Usually, this is gauged depending on 3 simple factors; Age, size, and Popularity. As a link builder, you are able to consider which sites are respectable and which are jokers. You have probably asked yourself, many times, “How do I build backlinks to my website for the best SEO results?”
The first choice should be SEO
Google's Panda algorithm has been around for about four years. And while most SEOs have already understood that it deals with content value and quality, they often overlook technical issues that might cause a decrease in rankings. If it’s been just a day or two since you made your website and are not appearing on the SERPs, then you might consider submitting your URL to Google (If you haven’t already done). If you still don’t appear on the SERPs, relax! Google takes some time to crawl and index your website. Internal linking is one of the few methods we can use to tell Google (and visitors) that a particular page of content is important. So how should you go about linking internally to other pages of your website?2 Links aren't everything in SEO, but search professionals attribute a large portion of the engines' algorithms to link-related factors. If you are still basing your SEO strategy around keywords you should probably start to think a little bit deeper around user intent.
You want to include keyword-rich anchor text in your body copy when possible
If you only do a little SEO once in a while, then you need to adjust your expectations on how much organic traffic you can expect from search engines. Websites that are constantly improving their code, publishing valuable content, and earning backlinks and social share activity are building a larger arsenal than sites that are not engaging in SEO. Keep yoursentences short. Make sure that no more than 25% of your sentences contain more than 20 words. Also, keep your paragraphs short. Make sure each paragraph doesn’t exceed the recommended maximum of 150 words. Businesses structure SEO strategy based on the SEO services they prioritize and the shifting customer buying journey. One of the ways to avoid bad backlinks is to perform a quick audit of the websites you intend to establish links on. It’s also important to include contextual links, or links within the body of content, to your site, as they are more SEO-friendly and attract more traffic.
Building Relationships With Authoritative Local Sources
Gaz Hall, a Freelance SEO Consultant from SEO Hull, commented: "Hiring a professional website designer can help with the cosmetics and get you taken seriously by your visitors. You'll also want to be sure that you're not misleading visitors, they should be getting what was advertised when they looked at the site's description. " Do your maths - its one of the primary resources for this sort of thing. Its as simple as KS2 Maths. Really! Search is very, very popular. Growing strong at nearly 20% a year, it reaches nearly every online American, and billions of people around the world. While content and digital marketers have spent years honing search engine optimization into a fine art, most companies have actually devoted considerable efforts and resources to ensuring their SEO techniques are top-notch. You do want to prioritize your keywords, but Google understands variations. They’ve built what’s called a “semantic universe,” which is like a spider web of related terms and synonyms. When you use terms that are similar to your keywords, your keywords get a bump too. You probably know the following situation: you search something on Google and there seems to be a good website on the first results page. You click through to the website just to find out that the page seems to consist of ads and boilerplate text (or even worse: 'lorem ipsum' text).
Jumpstarting a new content marketing initiative
If Google and the rest of the search engines trust you and they respect the content you produce, you’ll climb the search rankings. There’s no shortcut to ranking on the first few pages of the search results. Search engines don’t trust your website at first. You have to earn their trust – and it’s a slow process. Google uses your meta data to interpret what your website is about and ranks the pages accordingly. While it is important to have your keywords within the meta data, it can be overdone and hinder the user experience, actually deterring people away from a page rather than enticing. This happens when your meta title and description is written for Google’s search bots rather than as a description for real people. Another “oldschool” method of building up your backlinks is to make use of Forum Posting. It is a quick, easy and sometimes even fun way to get your links out and maybe even have someone directly click on them which is always a good thing. So first, what is SEO? It stands forSearch Engine Optimization, and it is basically a way of making your website easy to find by the search engines and the people who use them. And since so many people use Google and other search engines every day when they’re trying to find websites just like yours, that is why it’s so important to optimize your site so they can easily find you. For any keyword search on a search engine, thousands of results may occur. Ranking of your page is measured by the position of your web pages displayed in SERPs (search engine result pages).
Creativity will take courage
I spent years and years focusing on doing nothing but building backlinks. The social hit and I had to change my focus. Now links are back as number #1 again, but honestly, did they ever really stop being the top factor? Search engine optimisation (SEO) refers to the efforts required to ensure your website is discoverable by search engines and in turn, your target customers. The better optimised your website is for search engines like Google, the greater chance you have of ranking for keywords or search queries that your customers are searching for. The main goal of SEO is to increase your search visibility and your organic (free) traffic. Millions of businesses and individuals are competing for visibility in search engines, and many of them are writing what is, subjectively, “good” content. But what makes that content “good”? Putting effort into the offline promotion of your company or site can also be rewarding. For example, if you have a business site, make sure its URL is listed on your business cards, letterhead, posters, etc. You could also send out recurring newsletters to clients through the mail letting them know about new content on the company's website. Generally speaking you want to use your keyword as the anchor text for your internal linking whenever possible. External linking (from other sites) shouldn’t be very heavily optimized for anchor text. If 90% of your links all have the same anchor text Google can throw a red flag, assuming that you’re doing something fishy.
